Back when I started investing in real estate, there were limited resources for training available. There were high end bootcamps that you could attend for upwards of $4000. There were $20,000+ mentorship programs out there. And there were a handful of “homestudy courses” if you knew where to find them.
It was before the Internet was a primary marketing and communications vehicle. It was before every investor that had done a single deal was a self-proclaimed “guru”. In some ways, it was quite simple. In many ways, it was more complicated to find the information.

Type any real estate training topic into Google.
Undoubtedly, you’ll wind up with hundreds, if not thousands, of ebooks, audio trainings, homestudy courses, semianrs and events, and more… But you don’t know where to start or what you’re even REALLY interested in for that matter.
The next thing you know, you’re out thousands of dollars on a product or service that doesn’t work, that’s too complicated, or is simply not interesting to you. Plus, you have no idea if the person peddaling the product or service even has a CLUE!
So… I began to work hard on a new model… a model that really provided value and service to people that were just getting started. And after 7 years of doing the same thing I’d been doing for so long – and that has been copied and ripped off for so many years, I decided there’s a better way. A way that you can really figure this real estate investing thing out.
