I am also one victim of those trainings that cost tens of thousands and agree that nothing works unless one puts action to make dreams "reality". No automated systems work and neither does the "outsourcing" or "virtual assistants". If you want to succeed in real estate (or any other business as a matter of fact) you have to put your efforts, energy and some money.
